• Helping defeat an amendment on the Senate floor in the FY2006 Foreign Operations bill that would have prevented a client from bidding on a multi-billion dollar project.

• Inserting a clause into a Final RFP that allowed another client to team with its preferred partner on a $3 billion energy opportunity.
